Job summary

Church & Dwight Canada is seeking a Regional Quality Head for the International West to lead quality and compliance across Canada, Mexico, and LATAM GMG operations. You will partner with senior leadership to standardize systems, drive CAPA effectiveness, and enable safe, compliant product delivery.

You will oversee the Montreal facility and guide a regional team of 20–30, shaping quality strategy and performance while partnering with Supply Chain, R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales to embed quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 18+ years of progressive quality, compliance, or technical leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience working across multiple geographies, product categories, or quality disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified quality and compliance strategy across the International West region.
• Serve as primary quality partner to International West leadership, including the Sr. VP International West and VP Mexico & LATAM.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and programs across manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, compliance standards, and business performance indicators.
• Provide strategic oversight for quality and compliance activities at the Montreal Manufacturing Facility.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales leadership to embed quality requirements.
• Lead supplier, distributor, and co-manufacturer quality management.
• Build and mentor a regional quality team of 20–30 employees.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality excellence.
