Job summary

Dynacare in Brampton, ON is seeking a Manager, Operations to oversee the transportation department, supervise drivers, shipper/receivers and mailroom staff, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

You will develop performance standards, onboard clients, contribute to Director’s plans, lead on-ground teams, and build cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency, safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management and transportation operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
• Knowledge of WHMIS and transportation regulations.
• Experience leading and coaching teams in a logistics environment.
• Ability to develop and implement plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dynacare’s transportation and logistics operations.
• Onboard new clients and maintain client relationships.
• Provide leadership to drivers, shipper/receivers, and mailroom staff.
• Develop training and change leadership for direct reports.
• Plan 3–12 month business plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across operations.
