Job summary

Medallion Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance and operations of a multi-site residential property portfolio. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of the property management industry.

Reporting to the Director of Residential Property Management, you will lead property managers, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, ensure health and safety, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive property management experience, including oversight of multiple properties or a comparable portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all properties in the region, including maintenance, leasing, administration and customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Review, prepare and manage annual budgets for each property, monitoring revenue and expenses for profitability.
• Conduct regular property inspections to meet health and safety regulations and maintain high upkeep standards.
• Lead, train, and manage Property Managers and site staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Address resident concerns and implement initiatives to enhance resident experience and retention.
• Liaise with contractors and local officials for quality operations and positive public involvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on property performance and market trends for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations affecting property management.
• Utilize property management software and technology to streamline operations and provide real-time data analysis.
• Attend training to stay updated on industry standards.
