Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, directing on-site teams, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met across the portfolio.

You will analyze market data, lead hiring and training, coordinate vendors, and implement action plans to drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining property standards. This role emphasizes client satisfaction, timely reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within Greystar's global platform.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties in the assigned portfolio and monitors performance against budgets.
• Ensures portfolio and communities meet targets by reviewing reports and implementing action plans.
• Leads community managers: hiring, training, supervising, and staffing across properties.
• Maintains client satisfaction through timely reporting and proactive communication.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develops market plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Ensures property appearance and safety standards; coordinates capital needs.
• Coordinates vendors and contractors, negotiates contracts, and tracks progress and invoices.
