Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of contract management services across the regional program.
• Provide contract management authority and oversight for complex construction, professional services, facilities maintenance, energy performance, maintenance services, and P3 contracts.
• Support contract administration activities including change management, claims management, dispute resolution, risk management, financial management, and schedule management.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior Client-Partners and stakeholders.
• Support litigation matters and communications with sureties and insurers related to contract issues.
• Guide project teams on contract management best practices and service delivery standards.
• Oversee construction technical services including commissioning, operational health and safety, and industrial security.
• Lead regional quality management activities and quality verifications.
• Monitor service delivery standards and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and Client-Partner requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage service line risks and report on mitigation strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regional service delivery achieves established performance indicators.
• Deliver service line training and manage regional training initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of national service line programs, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to budgeting, business planning, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare presentations and represent DCC at internal, Client-Partner, and industry events.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is looking for an experienced contract management leader to oversee the delivery of services on a large, complex Public Private Partnership (P3) within the National Services Region (NSR)

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for contract management, construction technical services, and service line initiatives that support the successful delivery of infrastructure and construction projects. Working closely with regional teams, Client-Partners, industry representatives, and national service line leaders, you will help drive service excellence, quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and sound business judgment to support complex projects while influencing service delivery at both the regional and national levels.

What you'll do

Regional Service Delivery & Contract Management

• Lead and oversee the delivery of contract management services across the regional program

• Experience overseeing P3, facilities management, or major infrastructure contracts
