Job summary

Foodtastic is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to partner with Managers and Franchisees across BC, AB and SK to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and enforce brand standards. The ROM will lead audits, drive financial and performance metrics, and coach teams to close gaps while supporting new restaurant openings.

The role requires 5 years in a multi-unit franchise restaurant, MAPAQ certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant
• Must reside in the greater Vancouver area and be able to travel to AB & SK
• MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
• Strategic thinking

• Able to significantly travel for store visits as needed
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Perfect Guest Experience by maintaining brand standards during restaurant visits and audits.
• Lead audits and inspections, develop action plans with Managers/Franchisees, and improve operational performance.
• Coaching and developing Associates and Leaders to enhance guest experience and leadership capability.
