Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support the Moncton, NB area. You will partner with Owners and Managers to review operating and financial results, drive performance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Travel 50-70% is required; you will analyze P&L, balance sheets, and lead initiatives to grow sales and improve guest satisfaction while acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ operational experience with P&L responsibility.
• Multi-unit experience in a national or franchise setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field.
• Strong business and financial acumen; able to develop and grow partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Reviews operating reports and audits; collaborates with Owners and Managers to improve performance.
• Analyzes financial and business performance; proposes solutions with Owners and Managers.
• Leads initiatives to support sales growth, operations, and brand standards.
• Acts as a Tim Hortons Brand/Business Ambassador and travels within region.
