Job summary

United Services Group is seeking an Operations Manager (RPM) to act as a key liaison between United and its Partners within designated regions. The role collaborates across regions with Retention, Learning & Development, Finance and Equipment Services to ensure partner needs are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

The RPM will drive subcontractor recruitment, ensure legal compliance, and manage contractor changes with external vendors, while supporting regional teams and account

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating operations and contractor relations preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently within Canada as required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead national subcontractor meetings (quarterly/annually).
• Manage subcontractor recruitment and build a trained regional pool.
• Ensure legal compliance via company procedures with subcontractors.
• Support regional teams in performance management with contractors.
• Manage Contractor Change Over (PCO) processes with vendors.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Retention to resolve contractor issues.
