Paladin Security is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee client portfolios and operations across Ottawa and Kingston, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role focuses on service quality, client satisfaction, and portfolio performance in the Eastern Ontario region.

You will lead site supervisors and field teams, build relationships with client representatives, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or operational management experience in security.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and sites.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ottawa and Kingston.
• Valid G driver\'s license with ability to travel frequently.
• Willingness to obtain Ontario Security Guard License.

Position Overview

Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Site Overview

This role oversees client portfolios and operations across the Eastern Ontario region, including Ottawa and Kingston. You will work closely with client leadership and frontline security teams across multiple sites, maintaining an active operational presence throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage operational delivery, client satisfaction, and performance across Ottawa and Kingston. Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with client representatives, community partners, and key stakeholders.

Serving as the primary operational liaison and leading regular contract reviews and client meetings.

Ensuring high service quality that meets contractual requirements and client standards.

Developing and executing operational strategies to support portfolio performance.

Maintaining a visible leadership presence through regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews.

Coaching, mentoring, and guiding Site Supervisors, Client Service Managers, and field leaders.

Monitoring key performance indicators, preparing monthly reports, and managing portfolio budgets to meet financial goals.

Supporting efficient scheduling and overtime mitigation strategies.

Ensuring full compliance with provincial regulations, licensing laws, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.

Assisting with emergency response planning and continuous operational improvements.

Must Haves

At least 3 years of supervisory or operational management experience in the security industry.

Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts, sites, and large teams.

Completed college or university education.

Valid G Driver's Licence with a willingness to travel frequently throughout Ottawa and Kingston.

Willingness to obtain an Ontario Security Guard License.

Nice-to-Haves

Bilingualism in English and French.

Postsecondary education in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
