Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare invites applications for the Regional Operations Manager, Specialty Nursing Services, contract 18 months. You will drive the operation of the Bayshore Specialty Nursing Network across clinics, home pharma, and virtual care, ensuring high patient care and safety while meeting fiscal goals.

You will oversee SPNM teams, coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager, and manage staffing, audits, and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health sciences field; BSN asset.
• Leadership or management training or certificate.
• Project Management training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of the region’s specialty pharma network and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Supervise SPNM team and collaborate with Senior Operations Manager.
• Identify and implement new business opportunities and clinic expansions as directed.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews for SPNM team.
• Partner with Program Managers and Directors to ensure KPI targets and quality standards.
