Job summary

DoorDash Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own regional outcomes for a portfolio of five DashMart sites. You will coach Site Managers to become largely self-sufficient operators and drive cross-site performance with data-informed leadership.

You will lead at least one centralized workstream across the network, shaping inbound/outbound efficiency, cost management, reporting, quality controls, and process design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership, including managing other managers with P&L accountability
• Ability to lead cross-functional work with product, engineering, or central teams
• Analytical mindset; able to extract insights from data and drive decisions
• Experience with multi-site or large-scale operations and regional P&L ownership

Responsibilities

• Own regional operational outcomes for five DashMart sites and the site managers.
• Lead at least one centralized workstream to improve network-wide performance.
• Coach site leaders to build self-sufficient operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Balance regional coaching with strategic initiatives across the network.
