Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for its DashMart local-fulfillment center in Canada. You will oversee shift operations in a fast-paced warehouse and light-kitchen setting, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

You’ll lead Operations Associates, maintain safety standards, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience while collaborating across teams. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic equipment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Own shift operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and training.
• Manage inventory and order fulfillment in warehouse and kitchen tasks.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• Support cross-functional tasks to maintain smooth site operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
