Blue Shock Executive Search is assisting a major Canadian QSR franchisee in recruiting a District Manager. The role oversees the performance of multiple restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results across a growing Canadian network.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in quick service, 2–3 years leading multiple locations, and proven leadership. Extensive travel (roughly 75%+) is required to visit restaurants and drive consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education in hospitality, marketing, business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of quick service or restaurant experience.
• 2–3 years leading multiple restaurant locations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular restaurant visits to engage with teams and assess operational & people excellence.
• Own and execute assigned KPIs for the region/area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to standards with urgency.
• Manage costs and labour through scheduling and inventory controls.
• Lead development of sales-building activities and participate in national promotions.
