Job summary

Glasslake Funding is expanding its mortgage lending footprint across Canada and is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth from coast-to-coast. The role focuses on building relationships with mortgage brokers, realtors and banks while navigating provincial and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of real estate and finance fundamentals
• Solid analytical and underwriting skills

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, realtors, CPA's and banks in a designated territory.
• Identify mortgage brokers that originate products meeting company guidelines.
• Maintain a quality pipeline to meet production requirements.
• Travel as needed for sales presentations and broker recruitment.
• Assist in development of marketing plans for market penetration.
• Attend tradeshows and industry conferences.
• Coordinate borrower onboarding, loan underwriting and funding to ensure a smooth process.
• Communicate credit committee decisions and loan terms to borrowers.
• Represent the company with integrity and deliver high levels of customer service.
