CBC/Radio-Canada in Quebec City and regions seeks a Manager, Sales – Quebec City and Regions to lead the regional Media Solutions sales team. You will develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies across TV and digital to maximize advertising revenues, while mentoring the team and coordinating with internal partners.

You will oversee forecasting, negotiations, and account management, travel across regional markets, and the rollout of data-driven tools (Power BI) to boost performance.

Formación

• Five to ten years’ demonstrated experience in advertising sales (TV and digital).
• Experience in coaching, mentorship and cross-functional leadership.
• Bilingual English/French required; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiations to renew annual advertising agreements regionally and nationally.
• Mentor the sales team and coordinate with internal support departments.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and lead territory planning sessions.
• Track weekly sales forecasts and manage account management processes.
• Travel across Quebec regions to support partner meetings and events.
• Develop and activate data-driven sales tools using Power BI and CRM data.
