Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada Québec is seeking a Regional Lineup Editor for digital services. This on-site role requires preparing the lineup for digital media platforms and supervising publication in line with corporate standards.

You will stay abreast of regional, national and international news, craft story angles, coordinate with reporters, and oversee multimedia layouts and interactive elements. A bachelor’s degree and five years of journalism experience are expected, with fluency in French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ journalism experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily lineup (digital layout) for online platforms.
• Supervise online content publication in accordance with corporate standards and policies.
• Attend story meetings and suggest angles; write copy stories.
• Coordinate with reporters and manage newsroom workflows and deadlines.
• Oversee digital layouts, infographics, tables and maps; ensure links and galleries stay relevant.
