Job summary

Hazelview Properties in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Associate (Contract) to perform general, preventative and repair maintenance across a portfolio of buildings. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with basic tools.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or GED.
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Flexibility to work on-call on rotating evenings/weekends.
• Proficient with basic handheld and electrical tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting.
• Trade license/certification would be an asset.
• Familiar with community rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, preventative and repair maintenance across Regina properties.
• Respond to emergencies during and after hours to address safety concerns.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Complete service requests and in-suite turnover activities promptly.
• Inspect grounds and equipment; maintain safety and documentation.
• Participate in after-hours emergencies and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage.
