Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.
Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
This role follows a rotating shift schedule between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
