Job summary

Daikin Applied Ltd. is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead the CANE region (Ontario, Quebec, Northeast US). You will drive sales activity across all channels and oversee operational performance of the factory field location in the region.

You will build high-performing teams, establish forecasts and budgets, and partner with reps to achieve growth while maintaining “one face to the customer.” The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant leadership experience in HVAC equipment sales, service, or related industries.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Full P&L management background with balance of strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual sales and profit forecasts in line with growth plan and corporate objectives.
• Establish operating budgets for factory district sales and service operations.
• Lead regional and district sales leadership to execute business plans and growth.
• Coordinate with reps and factory sales/service teams to maintain a unified customer face.
