Qualifications and Attributes for Success:
Baccalaureate level of preparation in Business Administration or a related Health Sciences field is required or other relevant education, training or experience. Additional preparation at a master's level is considered an asset.
The ideal candidate is an experienced and values-aligned operational leader with a proven track record in continuing care or a related healthcare setting. You bring strong business acumen, excellent communication and relational skills, and the ability to lead through complexity with compassion and clarity. A background in long-term care, supportive living, or hospice is an asset, along with experience in leading diverse teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence. Most importantly, you are energized by purpose, inspired by people, and grounded in servant leadership.
