Ideal candidates excel in communication, multitasking, and problem solving, and enjoy supporting both clients and clinic teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or call‑centre experience.
• Veterinary or medical reception experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems; Woofware is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented and well organized with good problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide incoming call coverage for multiple VCA clinics within the GTA.
• Follow up with appointment confirmations and client outreach.
• Manage appointment bookings, adjustments, and client reminders.
• Answer client questions with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Promote VCA services, programs, and preventive care initiatives.
• Document client interactions accurately to support clinic workflows.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless communication and service continuity.
• Assist with front‑facing responsibilities as needed.

Regional Client Care Support Agent

Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 depending on experience

VCA Canada’s GTA region is seeking Regional Client Care Support Agents to provide dedicated phone support coverage for multiple clinics across the Greater Toronto Area. This team ensures clients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance while helping clinics maintain smooth daily operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving, and who enjoy supporting both clients and clinic teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide incoming call coverage for multiple VCA clinics within the GTA
• Complete follow‑up calls, including appointment confirmations and client outreach
• Manage appointment bookings, schedule adjustments, and client reminders
• Answer client questions with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
• Promote VCA services, programs, and preventive care initiatives
• Support clinic workflows by accurately documenting client interactions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless communication and service continuity
• Occasionally assist with front‑facing responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Veterinary or medical reception experience considered an asset
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and clinic workflows (Woofware experience is an asset)
