Job summary

AVT Reliability Inc - Canada is seeking a Branch Leader for Sarnia and Toronto to drive revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence across two sites. You will own pricing strategies, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, and ensure strong customer relationships while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, balance short-term commercial activity with long-term planning, and represent AVT Reliability in the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven branch/operations leadership in a technical or industrial services environment.
• Strong background in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial decision-making ability.
• Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Balance hands-on commercial activity with structured operational management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver branch revenue, margin, and growth targets for Sarnia and Toronto.
• Hold full P&L accountability and manage budgets, costs, and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across sales, engineering, and technical services.
• Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and capacity across two locations.
• Ensure service delivery quality and alignment between sales commitments and operations.
• Cultivate key customer relationships and seek long-term service contracts.
• Promote health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across branches.
