Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional execution for the Campari brand group within the SGWS Legacy division. The role oversees a large territory, guiding a team of area managers and sales reps, and designing long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies.

You will direct territory expansion, quotas, and goals, while coordinating with key accounts to improve distribution and drive market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of demonstrated management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of area managers or sales reps; define expectations, monitor progress, and counsel when needed
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Direct sales development and establish territories, quotas, and goals
• Conduct meetings, train and motivate the team to drive success of the sales organization
• Engage with key accounts to align sales strategies and expand market share
• Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand brands and sales projections
