Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in automotive leadership, multi-location management experience, strong coaching skills, and a valid G license.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources between dealerships to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and train forward-position staff.
