Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to grow Flygt pump solutions across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. You will leverage technical knowledge to expand aftermarket sales, manage the sales pipeline, and build durable municipal, industrial and mining accounts.

This role requires field-based collaboration with operations, customer service, and marketing to deliver service contracts, parts, repairs, and upgrades while maintaining a strong customer focus and meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales-related experience (pump or process industry preferred).
• General knowledge of mechanical and pumping designs; hydraulics and electric motors in related field.
• Knowledge of value-based selling to Municipal, Industrial and/or Mining end users.

Responsibilities

• Maximize financial performance of the region by expanding Flygt brand solutions and services, with focus on aftermarket; pump repairs, replacements, and maintenance agreements.
• Grow sales via leads, quotes, cold calling, and other methods while following company policies.
• Apply application technologies to provide practical pumps, services, and solutions; develop new uses for products.
