Job summary
Xylem Canada Ltée is seeking a Market Development Manager – Flygt ADS / Digital Sales Engineer to expand Flygt automation and digital solutions across the Eastern Canadian region. You will work with Flygt branch offices, distribution partners, and the Sales Director to grow municipal and industrial markets.
The role blends technical consulting with strategic market development, driving opportunities, supporting the sales team, and delivering training on Flygt ADS products while leveraging CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automation and control systems.
- Solid understanding of the water and wastewater industry.
- Experience in consultative and value-based sales.
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines with a CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and commercial resource for Xylem branches and partners in the territory.
- Coach and support sales teams to drive development and success.
- Deliver technical and commercial training on Flygt ADS products and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate sales efforts with Flygt sales representatives and partners.
