Job summary

Brandt Developments in Regina, SK is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to closeout. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in commercial/industrial settings, strong knowledge of building systems, and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating contractors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Optional: LEED, PMP, Gold Seal or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Develop and manage budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Monitor costs, variances, and strategies to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, trades and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts to identify risks and deficiencies.
• Coordinate procurement activities and long-lead items.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout of projects.
