destinationone Consulting is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion in Regina and surrounding Saskatchewan locations. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet specs.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and changes; ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Facilitate communication among clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services; ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and specs.
• Prepare progress reports and recommendations for clients and senior management.

Education
