Qualifications

• Hands-on development and property management experience.
• Leadership experience in construction or facilities management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating, scheduling, and evaluating construction projects from initiation to completion to meet timelines and budgets.
• Monitor, track, and report project costs to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee time tracking, approvals, and workforce scheduling for productivity and compliance.
• Manage tool, equipment, and asset inventory to minimize downtime and loss.
• Prepare, process, and approve invoices to ensure timely payments to vendors and subs.
• Develop construction project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor needs.
• Source and coordinate timely delivery of materials and supplies for uninterrupted progress.
• Provide property and facility management, including preventative maintenance and contractor oversight.
• Manage or self-perform small renovations and general repairs to meet scope and quality.
