Job summary

Raise is hiring a Millwright (433A or 443A) in Prince Rupert, BC. This full-time, on-site role operates on a 4 on/4 off schedule from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a night-shift pay incentive available. Local unionized position with focus on preventive maintenance and reliable equipment operation.

Candidates must have a valid Red Seal (433A certification preferred), a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and strong diagnostic skills for industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and infrastructures.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs and adjustments related to industrial equipment.
• Register maintenance information using the appropriate systems.
• Provide thorough and accurate feedback to all departments regarding pending maintenance.
• Actively manage the inventory of available parts and components.
• Other duties as assigned.
