What you'll be doing

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from the kickoff meeting to the offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build a pipeline of top talent by researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for the roles, ensuring a technical fit and an alignment or addition to our company culture
• Build and manage relationships with your internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration
• Act as an advisor and partner for the business, in promoting good recruitment practices and helping them solve their recruiting challenges

What we're looking for

• Experience with full-cycle tech recruiting in the hi-tech industry or technical searching background from recruitment firms
• Extensive experience working on highly technical roles that are in high demand in the market
• Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in recruiting
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment, with a strong emphasis on the candidate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrable track record of success in a global corporate recruiting environment
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Workday and GEM
