Job description

We're BlueCat-a Great Place to Work for good reason. Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world's largest organizations. In simple terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably-the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you're looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.

BlueCat is one of those hidden gems that is disrupting the market as a key player in the rapidly growing space of Adaptive DNS. We harness the power of DNS to provide secure, centralized network infrastructure to some of the world's biggest brands and enterprises like Facebook, Dell, and SAP so that employees can access the computing resources they need, when they need it.

BlueCat has an award-winning culture that is embedded in what we do. We are certified as a Great Place to Work and joining our team would mean you are part of Canada's Best Workplace in Technology, Best Workplace for Today's Youth and Women, and Best Workplace for Mental Health and Inclusion.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator!

  • Liaising with universities and colleges with co-op programs
  • Meet with hiring managers to ensure you understand their requirements, the roles, and how they impact the company
  • Recruiting: selecting co-ops who are to be interviewed, scheduling their interviews, working with hiring managers to select the ideal candidates, and presenting/sending them offers (meaning you'll need some negotiation skills)
  • Some administrative tasks associated with running the co-op program (eg. Tax credits, etc)
  • Attending university/college job fairs.
  • Reporting and Analytics on Recruitment related activities
  • Assist with recruitment-related initiatives and projects as assigned e.g. training, process improvements, etc.
  • Liaise with and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Assist candidates in navigating the interview process and ensure they get all their questions answered
  • Assist with Employer Branding, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed pages, events, etc.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including the completion of criminal, credit and reference checks
  • Work in the applicant tracking system to help us with tracking and job postings
  • Various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
What We're Looking For:
