While technically we’re an operational consultancy, we don’t like to call ourselves consultants. We’re a collection of engineers, innovators and creators who work with companies across industries to simplify the complex, realize untapped potential, and uncover opportunities. We know that our people are our superpower and loving your Monday to Friday is important to us. We’ve been recognized as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work in Canada for the last 6 consecutive years, and number 1 in 2022, which we know has something to do with our culture of rewarding great work with great experiences, fostering rapid career growth, and sharing the success of the business with the whole team.
Isaac is growing quickly, and this is an opportunity to be a key driver of that growth. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play an important role in driving recruitment efforts across our head office and consulting teams, helping to build out strong, diverse talent pipelines. This role will require a mix of relationship-building, creativity in sourcing, and an ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
What you’ll do.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing top talent, conducting screenings, facilitating the selection process, and overseeing offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to our internal leaders in the hiring process
- Help develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent and proactively build strong pipelines to fill current and future hiring needs
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to Isaac
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews while providing an exceptional candidate experience that promotes our brand and values
- Leverage data and insights to analyze recruitment metrics, such as hiring funnel activity, and make data-driven decisions to constantly improve the process
- Work closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires
- Assist with the coordination and execution of in-person and virtual campus events including information sessions and career fairs
Assist in the planning and execution of ‘Selection Day’, the final stage in Isaac’s hiring process which includes full days of interviews, workshops, and case studies
- Actively support and promote our DEI initiatives in the hiring process, including implementing best practices in recruiting and sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds, eliminating bias from screening, and championing Isaac’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
