Epiroc's HR function is embarking on an ambitious journey toward excellence and agility. This role is integral to our Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE). As a Bilingual Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist with fluency in French & English, you will play a key role in delivering specialized expertise and building high-performance teams while managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires.
Mission: To drive Epiroc's Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes by seamlessly transitioning new employees from offer acceptance to full integration into the company. This role includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates aligned with Epiroc’s business strategy and core values, while also coordinating orientation activities, background checks, paperwork, training, and supporting new hires during their initial period. The Recruitment and OB Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR professionals in the Americas region to meet staffing needs and ensure a diverse, inclusive, and exceptional candidate experience.
