Armour Transportation Group in Moncton, NB is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to guide Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers through onboarding from start to finish. You’ll be the friendly face behind the process, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for candidates and teams.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, onsite in Moncton, with a salary of 50–55k, and opportunities to learn, cross-train across regions, and grow within a collaborative logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and deadline management.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for drivers and operators in the region.
• Distribute new hire packets and coordinate pre-employment steps.
• Guide candidates through a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, operations, compliance and leadership.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers. In this role, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind the onboarding process - guiding candidates through every step, making sure they feel supported, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

You'll also have the chance to expand your expertise and cross-train with other regions, making this a role full of learning, growth, and connection.

Location: Moncton, NB (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: 50-55K annual, based on applicable experience

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.
• Send new hire packets, coordinate pre-employment testing, and keep everything on track.
• Guide candidates through a seamless, stress-free onboarding experience.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.
• Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.

What We're Looking For

• Experience That Shines; 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you've worked in transportation/logistics!).
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.
• Great Communicator: Professional, clear, and approachable with candidates and internal teams
• Detail-Oriented: You never miss a step and thrive under deadlines.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English/French is a plus
• Flexibility: Ability to support other regions when needed; occasional extended hours during busy times.
