Job summary

Gestal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions including Canada, the US, and internationally.

You will design innovative sourcing strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive employer branding initiatives while ensuring a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of end-to-end corporate recruitment experience for complex roles (legal, communications, marketing, IT, finance).
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
• Strong influencing and advisory skills with stakeholder relationships.
• Experience recruiting in Canada, the US, and internationally.
• Knowledge of SAP HR and ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Proficient in sourcing techniques (Boolean search) and digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to manage multiple mandates in a dynamic environment.

• Conduct market research and advise managers on labor market trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• You possess a minimum of 8 years of end-to-end corporate recruitment experience, including recruitment for complex positions (legal, communications, marketing, IT, finance, etc.).
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• You demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• You have managed multiple recruitment mandates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• You have experience in recruiting for positions in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
• You have a strong client orientation as well as an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• You master sourcing techniques (Boolean search, etc.) as well as digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• You have good knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• You possess knowledge of SAP HR and an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as SuccessFactors.
