Responsibilities include : Leading full-cycle recruitment across a range of SaaS roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, product, technology, and operationsBuilding trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and senior hiring leadersDeveloping tailored search strategies aligned to each client’s stage and market positionConducting structured interviews that assess both technical capability and culture fitWriting high-quality candidate profiles that help clients make confident hiring decisionsRepresenting our clients with integrity, care, and professionalism - knowing that every interaction reflects their employer brand and helps bring their story to market in a compelling, credible wayStaying close to the SaaS and tech ecosystem to bring market insight to clients and candidatesWho We’re Looking ForYou don’t need prior SaaS recruitment experience (though it’s an asset).
