Job description

To work within a recruitment Service Level Expectations and effectively assist the Recruitment Manager in managing the internal and external recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and induction for candidates to develop, nurture, and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective manner.

This role will involve, but is not limited to:

  1. Assisting in updating and maintaining the weekly internal vacancy list.
  2. Updating the company website with internal vacancies.
  3. Advertising vacancies on external websites and job boards to reflect roles available within the business.
  4. Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Answering candidate queries with HR input/guidance and providing interview feedback.
  6. Monitoring the recruitment journey of candidates to meet internal deadlines from interview to offer.
  7. Assisting in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring programmes.
  8. Working alongside the Recruitment Manager and HR team to onboard and induct candidates into Taylor Rose.
  9. Attending networking events and recruitment fairs to promote Taylor Rose.
  10. Developing a pipeline of candidates aligned with organisational growth.
  11. Supporting general administration for Recruitment and HR Teams within the onboarding process.
  12. Ensuring compliance with Right to Work and IR35 legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • 360 Recruitment experience; legal experience is desirable but not essential.
  • CIPD/REC qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve results, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements.
