As a Recruiting Operations Program Manager , you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our hiring processes, working closely with recruiting and leadership to ensure efficient, data-driven, and scalable talent acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities include program management, metrics analysis, system ownership, and operational workflow improvements.
What you’ll do :
- Program Ownership : Lead recruiting operations initiatives including process improvements, vendor management, and system enhancements.
- ATS Optimization : Manage Greenhouse ATS workflows, ensuring scalability, data accuracy, and user enablement.
- Reporting & Analytics : Oversee recruiting metrics and dashboards, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with People Ops, Finance, and hiring leaders on planning and operational execution.
- Process Strategy : Identify inefficiencies, propose workflows, and implement recruiting best practices.
- Documentation & Enablement : Develop playbooks, training, and process guides for consistency and scalability.
- Compliance & Systems Hygiene : Maintain data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct system audits.
- TalentWall Management : Oversee setup, accuracy, and utilization of TalentWall for visibility and accountability.
What we look for :
- Experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or program management in high-growth or tech environments.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven process improvement experience.
- Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth settings.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Bonus points for :
- Experience with TalentWall.
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, EEO reporting, and hiring audits.
- Familiarity with headcount planning, workforce analytics, or people ops.
- Previous support experience for technical or GTM hiring teams.
