Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience.

• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Coordinate offer rollouts, background verification, and pre-onboarding activities.
  
• Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
