POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

What does a Talent Acquisition Specialist do?

Engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle. Become an expert in process and productivity-driven recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be learning and growing in your role.

Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for:

  1. Travel off-site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking in the community, and attending job fairs.
  2. Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations on advertising channels, employee referral contests, and open house events.
  3. Conduct criminal background checks and drug screenings.
  4. Support hiring quality candidates through various administrative tasks.
  5. Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.

Beyond customer interactions, you'll develop confidence, become fully engaged, and bring a positive attitude to work each day.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
