Job summary

Cielo Talent in Canada is seeking a recruiter to lead the talent acquisition process for manufacturing roles within a hybrid work model. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from intake to offer.

The role requires fluency in French Canadian and at least three years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of ATS and social media tools, plus a high school diploma.

As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
