Job summary

Dominus Group is seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment on-site in Mississauga, ON. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers for roles across staffing, warehousing, and transportation services.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft job postings, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining recruitment documentation and metrics.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for a variety of roles across staffing, warehousing, and transportation services. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft job postings, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include using recruitment platforms and networking channels, scheduling and tracking interviews, managing offer negotiations, and supporting onboarding activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, reporting on hiring metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external staffing or community networks.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other digital tools to attract and manage talent.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and active listening skills to ensure clear expectations and a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant employment practices and basic labor standards; experience in staffing, warehousing, or transportation sectors is an asset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience.
