Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 10 or equivalent required.
• Six months related recreation experience preferred.
• Certification in Intermediate First Aid is required.
• Criminal Records Check completed by City upon employment.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and shift work as scheduled.
• Experience with various sports and activities in facilities is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recreation facilities and surrounding areas to high cleanliness and operational standards.
• Operate cleaning and floor maintenance equipment safely.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain facility records.
• Monitor facility schedules and assist users while providing professional customer service.
• Support safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
