  • Assist with inventory control and record management for recreation services.
  • Process program registrations and respond to public enquiries at the counter and by telephone.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, promotional materials, and maintain operational statistics.
  • Support marketing and communication activities related to recreation programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and facility-related documentation.
  • Provide strong customer service while interacting with the public and staff.
