Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with up to one year of post-secondary education.
• At least one year of related experience supporting facility bookings for major events.

• Attention to detail in administrative and clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Support facility, sport, and major event booking operations at the recreation centre.
• Maintain facility logbooks and coordinate rental bookings for programs and events.
• Handle basic accounting tasks including processing payments and balancing deposits.
• Assist with inventory control and record management for recreation services.
• Process program registrations and respond to public enquiries at the counter and by telephone.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, promotional materials, and maintain operational statistics.
• Support marketing and communication activities related to recreation programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records, contracts, and facility-related documentation.
• Provide strong customer service while interacting with the public and staff.
