Job summary

ESC Corporate Services Ltd in Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking a Recovery Service Operator & Redemption Representative to join our ISC family. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage the redemption calendar, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, experience in collections, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth.

• Post-secondary education in Collections
• 3+ years of customer service experience (ideally within Collections)
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone etiquette
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and greeting callers professionally
• De-escalate challenging situations and resolve issues or redirect inquiries
• Coordinate with Recovery Representatives to obtain required documentation for redemption appointments
• Manage and coordinate the in-house redemption calendar and scheduling
• Ensure redemption paperwork is completed accurately and complies with company policies
• Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
