Burnaby Physiotherapy And Hand Therapy - pt Health, a division of Lifemark Health Group, is seeking a Receptionist/Care Coordinator to join our clinic in Burnaby.
The Receptionist/Care Coordinator is responsible for fostering strong relationships between the clinic and its clients, including patients, staff, funders, and referral sources. This is achieved by providing efficient administrative support and coordinating clinic activities with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all patients, team members, and external customers.
The Receptionist handles all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering phones, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, coordinating referrals, as well as invoicing and payments.
