Status: Part-Time

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notify the appropriate Product/Service Advisor that a customer is waiting, or introduce customers to the advisor.
  2. Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  3. Handle telephone calls professionally, friendly, and efficiently, minimizing wait times.
  4. Take thorough messages with caller's details and ensure they reach the right party.
  5. Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned by management.
  6. Answer the phone, determine the call's nature, and direct accordingly.
  7. Add and update customer information in CRMs.
  8. Stay updated on procedural changes within the dealership.
  9. Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  10. Follow safety policies and report accidents immediately.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned; position responsibilities may be modified as needed.
  12. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Versatility in handling changing priorities and multitasking.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong customer relation skills, effective communication both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work well with all team levels and departments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a social, active environment without distraction.
  • Confident, professional attitude with strong time management skills.
  • Second language proficiency is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
