CCS is seeking a Communication Specialist to act as the voice of the organization across blogs, pitches, releases, brochures, and social content. You will develop written collateral that resonates with Canadians, collaborate with the Marketing & Community Engagement team, and support the overall awareness strategy.

The Communication Specialist is the ‘voice’ of CCS, putting into words the great work that we do in a way that resonates with Canadians. Your role will be to use your financial industry knowledge to create compelling written collateral in the form of blog articles, media pitches, press releases, brochures, presentations, video scripts, and social media posts to increase awareness, consumer interaction, and knowledge, consistent with our overall marketing and awareness strategy. Your role is a key component of our overall marketing and awareness strategy, working collaboratively with other members of the Marketing & Community Engagement team.
The starting salary range for this role is $60,840 - $68,848, subject to change based on previous education, experience, and market location.
In addition, we offer an annual salary review process each January, so the successful candidate can expect to receive regular increases to their salary, subject to meeting established performance objectives.

This is a full‑time position that requires you to have the ability to work on a hybrid basis, with 1‑2 days per week worked from the office and the remainder from your primary residence.
